Hi, first of all you'll have to excuse my lack of computer expertise, but here goes.
I have a Windows XP system and I used to connect wirelessly to the internet no problem. Then we got a new router. Now my connection status is "acquiring network address" and I can never get on the internet.
(I'm currently connected using a laptop with Windows 7 and have no issues with that).
My signal strength is excellent and it has the right network name, etc. Anyone have any ideas? I was on tech support with the new router company and had no luck after an hour on the phone with them.
