Help No internet connection

WE HAVE XP THAT WAS UPGRADE 3YRS AGO TO VISTA, HELP PLEASE..


I am not sure why this happened, BUT I did use Autoruns to delete all the YELLOW areas that were labled no file found, I understand that should not have caused the problem..

Looking through the services running,,, a lot to do with network are not running???

When trying to get it going I get: The Dependency service or Group failed to start..

I tried looking for Service.MSC in search box, Nothing Comes Up.. I tried reset TCP/IP error
