Create reverse DNS

I'm trying to create reverse DNS although it's not working.

On DNS manager I created a new zone on Reverse Lookup Zones. When asked to enter the network ID. I dropped the last octet of static IP and reversed this. Then used this number as the network ID. The Reverse Lookup Zone Name displays 202.37.217.in-addr.arpa. I've created a PTR record on the new zone of the Reverse Lookup Zones. Added the last octet of the static IP to the Host IP Address and entered reverse.fk-sales.com for the Host name. I made an A record called reverse in the Reverse Lookup Zone using the static IP address.

Do I need to also create an A and PTR record in the Forward Lookup Zones under the domain? Do I have to ask my ISP to update the reverse DNS or I'm I able to completely create this on DNS Manager?

Any help is appreciated
