Prolem connecting to wifi from laptop

After the recent change of my wifi router because of last router was not working i am facing conectivity issues. I use Kabeldeutschland cable internet.
Firstly after the new router, I was able to connect only my mobile and not laptop.
Later i figured out its to do with the Wifi mode and because of network interference i wasn't able to detect the wifi in mode 11bgn. I changed the wifi mode to 11bg. With which iam able to connect, but it gets disconnected after couple of hours and i have to re-try many times to get it conected again.
Today I had issue even to connect via LAN, but i was able to access via my mobile.
Please find the sap from the Xirrus and an error while connecting.
After re-start of modem and laptop now am back on wifi through my laptop.
