Connectivity Issues After MS Updates

Installed a new VGA card, not the drivers.
Checked Windows Update, there were 14 updates, 13 plus one Nvidia update for the new card.
Tried installing all 14, all went through except the Nvidia update.
Right after this started having connectivity issues. This desktop is a wireless connection, started having trouble identifying the router, never did before. Speakeasy speedtest showing 1-3Mbps down, when prior to this it was 50Mbps down, 30 up. Checked another PC using the same router and it was fine.
Did a System Restore to before the MS Updates, still same issues.
I do not know if the change happened after installing the new VGA card, or after the MS Updates.
I've attached a screenshot of the updates.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks for your time.

Following is the thread I was in for help with the VGA:
