I have a Dell PC desktop that won't connect to the internet via Modem or Router. The other devices in my house are not having an issue and connect just fine, it is just this one. I am at a loss as to why it has suddenly quit connecting. I am not able to do a system image restore to reset to factory settings or use a disk as my children broke the disk drive. I believe it might have had some form of Mal-Ware on it that blocked the internet connection. I have removed it I believe but now I don't know how to put it back on. It is not recognizing the router even though it is on the desktop it won't let me access it. It won't recognize the modem or connect to it. I have done a "search" for devices and it won't find it. Any suggestions would help...thank you. :):p
