Recently traded my older Samsung Smart TV for connection issues because we were constanly losing signal in the middle of a show on Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Instant Video. So finally we got the go on exchanging the tv and upgraded to a newer model after many test, replacement parts, ip address change, and even a change in our internet provider now we are on a fiber optic internet cable..well we are still having trouble staying connected and not sure why..we have wifi capability but are hardwired in for better signal but that doesnt seem to help. The internet works just fine on all our other devices even on my laptop I watch netflix every night from the top level of my home and my router is in the basment which is where the family room is as well at the TV(basement->main level->top level) so I am stumped why would this happen?
