Please Note I have roomies who are connected to the same modem, they do not experience this issue at all!, all their computers are worse then mine too
Okie.. So this is stumping basically everyone I've spoken too, including professional's, So I am hoping you folks who helped me in the past could once again work your magic..
Here's what's going on, Firefox, Crome, IE, intermittently will stop loading completely, or not show webpages, and I have to wait 2-4minuts for it to go from a white page to the page I'm trying to reach, this includes my personal websites which I know runs great! This happens allot with Gmail (Hangout will disconnect email wont send and will sit there with the "Still working error" Google search engine will take forever to search, basically every-page has issues, Sometimes it'll work for 5minuts just fine, then start acting up again.
Now here's the Kicker, when the webpages start acting up, Skype still works Flawlessly, Second life, Steam all works perfectly fine even when the webpage acts up.
Here's what I've already done...
990FXA-UD5 Gigabyte
Geforce GTX 760
CPU: Amd FX 6350 Six Core processor
16gigs of ram
Windows 7 64bit Ultimate
D-link Gigabit Desktop PCI Adapter (NIC - Network interface card)
Network Specs,
Denver Colorado,
50MBPS Comcast plan,
with their standardized Modem
Wired Though Cat 5
Coax connection Type
a friend thinks for some reason my pc personally is hanging at HTTP/DNS Requests(Handshakes?)
I have been going at this for almost weeks now, Please any help and I'll treat someone to some pizza or
something! (Seriously I will)
I miss my Interwebz

Here's what I've already done...
- I've gone though 3 motherboards thinking it may be a motherboard issue
- Got a D-link NIC (Which this happens on that too
- Got 3 different Modems from Comcast
- Switched out the Ethernet with CAT 5 (Only) multiple times
- Changed the Coax to our modem multiple times
- Turned Firefox back to None proxy (Since for some weird reason its set to use proxy by default)
- Make sure my lan drivers and everything is up to date
- Tried a Different DNS from Open DNS and Google public dns
- Reformatted Windows 7 64bit Ult , Multiple times
