DNS/IP/Media Disconnected Limited Connectivity Issues.

Greetings. Yesterday, my router started to act up and I continued to connect fine, but with limited connectivity on every device. Since then I have tried a number of things, including the obvious choices like hard resets and rebooting on both ends. After a while, the connection returned to normal on my other devices, namely an iPhone, Kindle, and Playstation 3. The router is a Netgear Wireless-G WGR614 v9. All display lights are green, including the wireless signal, but the internet one is orange. I have also tried disabling my Kaspersky antivirus software. However, my Windows 7 Asus G73jh computer still seems to be experiencing some issues. Namely, it will alternate between connected with internet access and limited connectivity; with either profile it does not receive or send data. I got a message a few days ago concerning an ip conflict, but I was wondering if perhaps it would fix itself as it and other devices are set to automatically choose IP addresses. I have tried some command prompt fixes, namely ipconfig /all and renewing the dns, but with little success. I have noted that logs tend to give back a "media disconnected" message too. Currently I am connected using a wired ethernet connection, so it doesn't appear to be an ISP problem. Here is the ipconfig when connected via wireless, as well other general info.
