I'm confused at the fact that a wireless internet router, a CenturyLink ZyXEL PK5001Z, that my grandparents have in Florida where you connect to it with a PC and it says "No Internet Access." However, when you connect to it with an Apple device such as a MacBook, iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad, the internet works fine.
We've tried everything, but no success. And it's not just connecting over WiFi that has this problem, even connectiing via Ethernet (hardwire) has the exact same problem.
Can anyone help?
