Ok, long story short: My download speed is fantastic (~47mbps), but once again, my ISP (Comcast), has found some royal way to mess up the entire deal. Basically whenever I try to upload for some reason, sometimes the upload will fail and the few times I CAN get an upload going, the speed is abysmal (we're talking 1.3mbps or less). I have tested against multiple devices on my network rebooted the modem/router (it's Comcast's all-in-one thing that includes a router). I tested against a computer plugged by wire directly to it. Can someone give me some general tips other than "Call them and yell at them" (again)? When I say "can't get upload" I mean like going on speedtest.net, watching it show a 18ms ping, download speed, then hang on upload to sit for all eternity and returning no upload metric. My connection to game servers is equally as stunted at this point.
