Solved: Remote PC access

Hi,
I will soon be going back to my hometown for christmas, as I am a student.
I will be leaving my PC in my student room and will be taking my laptop back to my hometown with me.
I would like to know if there is some remote PC thing where if I keep my PC home and logged in to a server, or something similar, then using the same logon details on my laptop, access the PC at any time without someone having to click accept on the PC.
I would like full access to my PC so that I may do my work from home on my PC using my laptop.

I am going home tomorrow so if someone could reply fast that would be much appreciated.
