Hi All,
Living in a new flat and I have a small issue trying to work out how to get LAN cable to my bedroom tv.
The rooms all have telephone sockets in each room and the following is from the manual;
'The apartment has been cabled with analogue telephone and internet services. Availability of ISDN or ADSL services should be checked with BT. A single line has been cabled in to the apartment terminator box, located in the utility cupboard. Slave outlet sockets are located in the living room and bedrooms. An additional socket on the living room multi-media outlet panel, is provided for connection to interactive TV services.'
If I have a router connected to a slave outlet, can connect something to another slave outlet and then take a LAN cable from it to my TV? How this makes sense! Not sure what ill need, tried just a filter but that did nothing.
Would a Mod Trap work? (http://www.cablecity.co.uk/product_i...b0quvqvpouvo63)
Or do I need a new router? (http://www.amazon.co.uk/TP-Link-TL-W.../dp/B00APZZ30W).
Cheers, Charli
