I need some advise on what the upgrade path should be for a Cat WS-X4548-RJ45V+ with a
WS-X4013+10GE Supervisor engine. I have only one of these at the moment, but i am looking at adding another Cat WS-X4548-RJ45V+ in the near future for Redundancy.
I understand that the WS-X4013+10GE is end of life, so i am looking at an upgrade path?
Some of the details i would be looking for include ;
1. would my existing Switch accomodate the WS-X4624-SFP-E or WS-X4612-SFP-E line cards without the upgrade? or do i need to upgrade in order to support those line cards?
2. Can the supervisors listed above coexist with my existing supervisor or would i need to totally take out my existing supervisor.
