We have three computers running on our network in my apartment. A few days ago, the connection speeds of my computer have been far worse than usual, and the other two computers have not. I will be watching a stream or trying to load web pages and it's almost as if the connection freezes or drops for several seconds. And this happens constantly. Roughly two or three times a minute. The night before this started happening, Google Chrome told me an extension called Facetheme was trying to install itself. I said no, made sure to uninstall it via add/remove programs, and didn't think much of it. I went to sleep right after this. The next morning is when I began noticing these issues. I dunno if it's related to facetheme, but I thought it was worth a mention. I'm running Windows 7. Any suggestions?
