I've got a Lenovo ideapad Z470 laptop and the WiFi modem/card in it won't turn on.

The laptop has a physical switch on the front which turns on/off the wifi.

If I turn the switch to on, an image appears on the screen saying its been turned on and vice versa if I switch it off.

However, Windows isn't showing it as being available in the system tray.

I can connect via ethernet and have tried using the Wifi to connect to two different networks and it looks like the card is the problem.

If you look at my previous posts, they have been about my laptop not connecting to the internet. Perhaps this is why?

Can they be fixed or replaced?

Thanks.
