Hi all!!
Having a bit of a nightmare with my new laptop, hope someone can help! I recently purchased a Samsung laptop, model number NP350E7C-A04UK on Windows 8, everything worked fine for the first few months, I actually love the machine! Haha. Unfortunately though, last week, the wireless internet decided to stop working. I've got no idea why this has happened, I have not updated or changed anything in the system. I can connect fine when I plug in an Ethernet cable and my phone connects to my internet through the wireless with no problem so I know the router is working properly. Now the laptop finds wireless networks and says they're available but when I try and connect it simply says 'unable to connect to this network'. I've tried all the usual suspects, updated the wireless driver, uninstalled and re-installed it, I even took my laptop to a mates to see if it would connect to theirs. None of these have worked. I am now officially out of ideas so I've decided to turn to people who clearly now far more than me about this sort of stuff!! Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated!
