In the past three months (somewhat around that time) I got a free upgrade from my internet company (COX) which was a new modem/router (recently we had a moden and router seperate but now its just 1 whole tower). After that I started noticing that every so often I get disconnected or my internet will start slowing down. If I recall correctly I think it was every hour or so but now it varies greatly from every 10 minutes or like I said every hour or so. I also do some gaming so of course when i'm playing online (Playstation 3) with some friends I get disconnected every so often or I cant simply even sign in to play online. Also I noticed when downloading stuff on my PS3 it will download a few % of the download then simply stop or just not even download 1% of the download. But I noticed when I download stuff on my laptop I don't seem to have this issue. This issue i'm having I mostly notice WHILE i'm gaming online with friends. I have a NETGEAR wireless router (not sure exactly which one but I can look that up if need be). If you need to know anything else please let me know and I can try to help out with that.
