Error 105 / DNS ADDRESS - Disconnect

Error 105 (net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED): Unable to resolve the server's DNS ADDRESS

After having issue with our Brighthouse Internet & Phone...... Maintenance came out and did some line work, then they replaced their old 2 in 1 modem with an Arris modem..... and now we keep getting kicked off online every few minutes with the error above. I have made a call to tech support and they reset the router with me over the phone, but that only lasted a few hours. What do I need to do to fix this router issue once and for all? Thanks.
