network adapter disabled on startup

Hi,

I recently bought a new PC but after setting it all up i've found a pretty annoying bug:
Everytime I boot up my PC, the network adapter is not responding, so I have to go into the device manager and manually disable -> enable the network adapter for it to start working.
I'm unsure if this is something you can help me with but I'm giving it a go :)

see attached image for device name, hardware id and driver version.

I've tried the following solutions:
Reinstall chipset+lan drivers from:
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/pro...px?pid=4514#dl

this did not solve the issue, after a few tries of uninstalling / installing the drivers I eventually ended up reinstalling windows 7 (64bit) on the PC, and install the drivers from the CD-rom that came with the mainboard. After installing those drivers, the issue was still there same as before, the lan adapter is the one onboard the motherboard, unfortunately I do not own a separate network adapter to try with if that would work..

I've also tried using windows own "find latest drivers", but it keeps informing me that I already have the latest drivers. As mentioned earlier the issue is always solved after each bootup by disabling / enabling the network adapter in the device manager, then it works. (it does not show up under network and sharing center until I do this)

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87X-OC (rev 1.0)

Edit: Forgot to mention this is a cabled adapter, not wireless
Best regards, Kristoffer
