Missing drivers

I purchaced a Dell Latitude D630 with Vista OS.... just formated the hd and loaded XP and can't get on the net to update drivers... I went into Device Manager and have Yellow ???? under other devices... Ethernet Con, Network Con, Ect, Ect

I went to dell and downloaded drivers to a thum drive and still cant find the right drivers to correct this. No I didn't backup befor formatting

Boat achor? or is there another option?
