I am work with Windows 8. I refreshed my computer and now I cannot download or make any changes with out it asking for the Administrator Password. The password that I was using before I refreshed the PC no longer works. After some researching the internet, I was told to go to the UAC and change the setting. I cannot open then UAC because the box asking for the Administrator Password keep popping up. Can someone please help me fix this annoying problem?
