Something weird is happening.

Hi All I have a Windows 8 Basic 64 Bit Hp 2000 Laptop.

The weird thing happens when I get on the page that shows up that says, "Insecure network gateway with an exclamation point." It totally wipes out my whole page and it is so frequent.

I am not sure what is going on but can someone help me?:confused:
