Wifi doesn't have valid IP configuration

I am on Windows 8. My Lenovo laptop constantly has a "Limited Connection" when trying to connect to internet. Other computers/devices connect fine to this network.

I ran the built in diagnostic and get "Wifi doesn't have valid IP configuration - Not Fixed"

I've tried ipconfig /release => no errors
then...... ipconfig /renew => and I get "...unable to contact DHCP server.."

I then tried resetting TCP/IP
`netsh int ip reset resettcpip.txt` =>
resetting interface, ok!
resetting neighbor, ok!
resetting path, ok!
resetting , failed.
access is denied

What should I try next?
Please Help!
