Using a relatively new Dell Desktop running windows 7 professional (diagnostics below)

Netgear wireless USB adaptor WNA3100
Issue: keeps disconnecting from Internet - says I am connected to the router but no ipv4 or ipv6 connectivity. If I remove the USB and plug it back in, I get connectivity for a bit and then it cuts out again. I downloaded the latest software from netgear's website but it did not help. Other computers in my office are connected via wireless adapters and are having no issues.
The router I am connecting to is 'TBNYC' in the list at the bottom.
