So the family has recently upgraded the internet to BT Infinity and have been given a shiny new BT Home Hub 4. This has unfortunately been met with more annoyance than joy; particularly with me.
Whereas most devices seem to be working fine a few items have struggled to even work at a passable level...my laptop included. My most recent speedtest showed that my d/l speed was @ 0.41mps and u/l @ 2.69mps. These are not good at all!
Any suggestions on how I can sort this out. BT advised allowing two weeks for "line adjustment" but it has now been over three and that sounds total hogwash regardless. Here are some details from the CMD screen for 'IPCONFIG/ALL':
