I am elderly and I do not know much about a computer, so please help me. Screen says windows XP, I set up with windows 7, and also have comcast as my server. (I do not use windows xp for anything) MY problem is I continue to lose internet explorer. I receive white pages with blue circle in left top corner that is not revolving, so then i try to X out, then a block appears asking me to End Now or Cancel. When I trey to End Now, it will not end. Alot of times I have to cut the computer off and back on, losing everything, yet not reading anything. Then I receive a notice of error reporting, computer and server ? It will not send or connect to, it never works. Then, I have no sound to hear anything going on with the computer. I use messenger, and there is NO SOUND there either, And now my printer will not connect either. OH what a mess, can you help me, as I do not know what to do.
