Alright, It's easier to explain this in a time list:
Few months ago: Got new upgraded 30mb internet from Time Warner Cable.
Month Ago: Huge storm, After the storm my online games were getting lag. It allso occurred at the same time with my teamspeak.
few days ago: Phone Line went out, TWC guy replaced router.
Still lagging. I had a solid great connection. i got not lag at all. Then a huge storm came over for a few days. I was getting huge amounts of lag in my video games (bf3, mw3). They would get the standard FPS game lag, and also when my games would lag,my teamspeak would lag out in te sam waa as (like that) the voices would cut out. I got the new router, and still this happens. I am starting to think something else is wrong. Can I get any advice? Anything would really help.
