Port forwarding doesn't work/take effect

I use an old netgear version 1 WNR3500L router, and my port forwarding doesn't work. I can enter in the ports to forward them, but they never actually get forwarded, even though they are setup in the router. My IPv4 address is 10.0.0.200. I'll have attachments of my router's setup, the port checker I use and what it's telling me, and then an Ipconfig /all is right here:
