Hi all,
I am looking for some advice no a remote desktop solution to help me if/when my mum has PC problems (not that uncommon haha).
I am currently running 64bit Windows 7 Home Premium and my mum is still running Windows XP Home edition. This will be done over the Internet as we live about 3 hours drive away from eachother.
I believe there are problems (or it just doesn't work) using Windows Remote Desktop into her PC, so thought I would ask about it here.
Anyone know of a good solution, preferably something that is relatively simple to setup. I want to be able to access her desktop so when a problem comes up and I remote in to fix and show her what to do. Thats a lot easier than trying to talk her through it on the phone, her describing the windows she sees (as I can't recall all the XP stuff from memory) then my trying to explain what to do!
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Cheers
