Hi everyone.
First of all, I am glad to be able to ask here.
Ok lets get to the question/problem
All this time my internet has been fine. However about 2 or 3 weeks ago it started to disconnect for no reason. Disconnect randomly, every 15 or 20 minutes on average. This is extremely annoying and frustrating. I cannot do anything. If I need to download something big, it gets dc'ed halfway so I need to download from the start again. Cannot play games because I keep dc'ing.
I have contacted my ISP, talked to them, they said they are sending technicians/engineers to inspect the area. I appreciate it but yesterday they came and unfortunately they did not solve the problem.
I have even bought a new modem....and unfortunately it did not work.
I have disconnected the modem from my main comp and used a different phone socket, to no avail.
I did many many research and used the TCP/IP stack reset, etc.
None worked.
I cannot say anything else. I can only ask from here, a place where many people are experts in computers/networking etc. I truly do hope to get help here. This is extremely frustrating....every 15 or so minutes my net dcs....

EDIT 1: There was a time, just 4 days ago, when my internet would not drop for 20 hours straight....what could this be? 20 hours!! That is massive considering I get dc about every 15 minutes.
EDIT 2: My latest discovery: I was playing a game this morning and there was a phone call, and and soon as that happened, my internet disconnected. I hope this could give some ideas and help all you helpers :)
