Running two routers in tandem

OK, I have a bit of a problem. Two Linksys routers with factory firmware, DHCP Server is 192.168.1.1, Gateway (1st Router) is 192.168.1.2, 2nd Router is 192.168.1.3. 2nd Router will not show up on the network and I can't figure out the Advanced Routing options.

NAT?
RIP?
Destination LAN IP?
Subnet Mask?

I know the Gateway, and I figured that the Interface is "LAN & Wireless"

Please help, I know that there's a way. Thank you in advance.
