Issues connecting PC to wireless printer over network

Hi

I was wondering if someone would be able to help me.

I have fairly recently purchased a Brother wireless printer and I connected it wirelessly to 3 computers in the house through my Livebox router. This was successful and all computers were able to print. However, on one particular PC I have recently realised it will not print any more through that printer. I therefore tried to reinstall the printer on the computer and connect it up again but this hasn't been possible. I often get error messages in this process which state something along the lines of that it cannot connect or there isn't a wireless connection between the PC and printer. Both other PCs in the house allow me to print.

I have been in contact with Brother technical support and they haven't been able to help. What they did tell me to do though was to ping the printer from my "faulty" PC and I received 4 "request time out" messages.

Apparently both my computer and printer are on the same subnet.

Also, my "faulty PC" does have fully functioning wireless internet.

Entering my printer IP address into my web browser dosen't bring anything up either.

I have completely disabled my Windows firewall and temporarily disabling my AV firewall doesn't help either.

I am completely perplexed about this so I would very much appreciate some help in trying to connect my printer back again to this PC. Thank you very much, whateverg
