Over the past few weeks, I've been getting these connection drops and I've had to reboot my modem in order to get the connection back. Most of the times, the DSL light continuously flashes and I get no connection. If I'm lucky, the DSL light solidifies and I get a dodgy connection for a couple hours and it drops again.
I've been told it's an issue with my attenuation and impulse noise. I've had more than 4 technicians dispatched to my house saying that they've fixed it and stabilized the signals. The most recent fixed the issue where the connection drops for longer periods of times, but the connection is still really dodgy. The connection still drops but not as often and usually happens in mornings.
I'm currently using a C100a modem from Centurylink and if it matters, it's bridged to a Netgear router. Here are my numbers:
