Intermittent connection please help modem/router/isp??

I am having a confusing and frustrating problem, my internet connection is dropping every half hour at least (sometimes more depending on my internet activity). This connection loss is happening when my modem resets and I have no idea why it's resetting. It may be due to some issue with my ISP where I don't have enough bandwidth to spare and I need to upgrade. i'm not sure. (I have Comcast high speed standard package) I am a gamer and I tend to have multiple applications running at a time, I play competitive online games and sometimes I stream music when I play. I also sometimes watch a live stream or YouTube video on my second monitor although it is usually not while I am gaming. I have tried everything I can think of.. I have called Comcast several times and called the companies of my router and my modem, and I have had a Comcast technician come and inspect the my cables inside and outside of my house. I am honestly at my wit's end and I need help..

My modem and router are both new and I highly doubt that is the issue:
Although maybe it is a problem with the modem and router communicating? I don't know.
Here are the models:
Motorola Surfboard SB6121
Belkin N600 DB Wireless N+ Router
