I have an issue in PVC300 cameras, now I have installed 4 cameras and installed the Cisco Video Monitoring System software to manage the cameras and be able to control them. The issue is that the software only shows disconnect message on all four camera screens, even though I can connect to them using web and control them without any issues, and I even did a ping and they were reachable.
What could be the issue, and how to solve it, it would be highly appreciated
