Cant download torrent on the computer but downloads fine on the phone

Hey

Torrents are downloading at the 1/5th the speed on the computer but working completely fine on the phone. downloads on the phone happening at full speed.

Same torrent. Same network/wifi. Same software/app. Only different devices.

Its a legit download.
vodo.net . im learning how to make movies on a very small budget.
