Recommend a Wireless Adapter please (please help)

I'm not sure if this belonged here or in Hardware or in some other forum. If it belongs somewhere else, please move it to it's proper location.

I need recommendations for a good, but CHEAP Wireless Adapter to use with my new Windows 8.1 desktop computer.

Best Buy or Wal-mart preferred as I have no means to buy anything online. I want something I can go and get myself.

If anyone here could please help me with this, I'd really appreciate it.
