Solved: Printer and Computer Not Communicating

I'm trying to help my sister in law with a printer problem and I'm not having any luck. She has a HP Pavilian dv6-6c35dx pc running Windows 7. Her printer is HP Photosmart 5110 and it's networked.
Her printer will print but nothing comes out on the page. She said she use to print photos but can't anymore.
