Hi!
I am very happy to find this forum and hopefully you can help me.
My question is pretty easy (at least I think). So I've been getting packet loss. I found out where it occurs. My question is, is that is this my ISP's fault or could this be caused by like a bad switch in the building? The reason why I ask that is because the IP starts with 192.168 and I'm guessing that could be the part of the LAN in the building? I'm not sure (I'm semi noob at this :D). I just want to know if my ISP can fix this easily or if this is something more complex.
Thank you!
