ports say closed even when forwarded

i have been hosting game servers and other small apps for over 6 years with my system and as of last year suddenly all ports say they are closed when i check through different programs router still has ports listed as being forwarded even switched routers and still having the same issue firewall has exceptions added and have contacted my isp and they have informed me that they are not blocking any ports i am at a loss and need to be able to correct this issue it happend suddenly without any notice or change in anything running on my system
