Connection problem

My internet connection is working but it's a lot slower than before and sometimes it will randomly stop working for a few minutes...
Whnever i run the windows help it will tell me that the computer's administrator has temprarily disabled the teredo service... I tried restarting my router several times but it doesnt help

PLEASE HELP ME !!!!
