1. I keep losing internet connection - using att router and netgear wifi extender.
2. when using IE I get 'do you want to allow software such as activex control and plugins etc....Went to tools, internet options, security, custom level - active x is enabled.
3. when I'm using firefox I get this blank box showing up on top of the web page. attached
