Okay, So i ran out of ethernet ports on my router (at&t Qualcomm Atheros AR8151 router). My brother gave me an old switch to use( linksys NH1005). I know, Its ancient. My problem it seems is that my switch isnt receiving a connection from my router. I assume all of the ports on the switch work because my pc itself recognizes a connection when i plug in at every port(including the uplink port). BUT like i said i cant get internet through it. Is there a setting in my router config im missing? Or is it a setting on my pc?
