Accessing my home network

Hey guys,

I am just looking into a few things... I am wondering how it is possible to connect to my home network when i am away on holiday or away on business...

I am wondering if there is a possibility of having a URL that will access my network something like www.aaronhomenetwork.net and then a username and password ?

could i setup 2 urls going to same network using 2 different username and passwords and can i change the content for each ?
