New router, new problems with Wi-Fi

Hello forumers, I need a fix for this problem.
--
So there was electricity lines maintenance in my district of the city (I live in Vilnius, capital city of Lithuania), and that caused micro electrical voltage changes, which killed my old D-Link router. I was on a broadband internet at the time, but I decided to change to optic fiber cable, because 300KB/s was definitely too low for my taste. I also bought a Linksys EA6300 (http://www.linksys.com/en-eu/products/routers/ea6300) router. It worked much better than the last one, however I ran into a problem since then. My phone (LG L5 II) finds the Wi-Fi signal no problem, but when I try to load something, like YouTube for instance, it just keeps on loading, and after about 30 secs it just shows Network Error, please try again. If I restart the phone, it works just fine, but when I turn off the screen, my Wi-Fi automatically shuts off. When I turn it backs on, it reconnects instantly, but it starts loading for eternities again. I also have a tablet (Samsung Tab 4 10.1) and it works perfectly. Same for my computer – I use a LAN cable, it works perfectly as well.
