Solved: Disconnected Internet trying to set Wi-Fi Network

Trying to establish a Wi-Fi Network I defeated my Internet connection.I first fiddled with the Network and Sharing Center from the Control Panel. As if that was not enough I then went on to the IPConfig command. Now when I use the IPConfig command I no longer get that dialog box to appear.
I have the Vista Operating System with service pack 2. Intel Pentium 3 GHZ. Memory 2 GHZ. Intel 82945G Chip set. HP 802.11 b/g Network adapter.
Can you help me get my Internet connection back?
