Estabalishing PPP T1 circuit trouble

This is my first venture into configuring a T1 modem/router (Adtran TA 600R internal csu/dsu). Its been quite the experience and I've learned a lot, but im having some trouble. When My ISP first went to do Test and Turn Up we could not establish a PPP connection that's needed, the physical layer was there tho. Ive followed every configuration guide there is.

I am now getting yellow alarm/RAI, Remote access indicator telling me that the "remote site" isn't receiving properly framed information.

The T1 interface is config properly @ B8ZS, ESF and all ports are mapped on the DS0 to TA-IAD - Router 64k.

There are two things I am confused about. As ridiculous as this may sound I need clarification on what is the "host" router and "remote" router. I assumed that my router was the "host" router (only one on the network)but im starting to question that. I was also given 2 ipv4 address for WAN, it says they are the AR Serial INT ipv4 address and a CR Serial INT ipv4 address. I am not familiar with CR and AR, however upon research, I found they possibly stand for Access router and customer router - looking for clarification.

My confusion with the host and remote router is probably causing a lot of this trouble, considering the timing mode might be wrong or I simply may have inputted an IP address in the wrong block.

So as of right now I cannot establish PPP, along with a yellow/RAI alarm.

I have contacted Adtran and my ISP - awaiting "call backs"

If any other specifics are needed please let me know, I just wanted to get the gist of the situation out there.
Any help and/or ideas would be much appreciated thanks bunch
