Network dropping constantly

So this became a huge issue for me around 2 days ago where my internet keep dropping out ever like 3-5mins for a very short period like 15-30s then connecting back. I don't loss wife signal but rather internet, during some of the drop it drops long enough for my computer to register it and show the little yellow triangle of not having internet. And few time I manage to catch it quick enough to run a diagnose on it it will reset the wifi adapter and in the end say something like default gate way not found/available.

Its not all the time it happens some time but stops but some time it just goes on for hours like this. Thanks for any help.
