My HP ProBook 4540s show Internet connection yet my browsers won't surf the internet.

I have my hotspot turn on on my Verizon Note 4.

I renewed my nbtstat on the cmd and release the icon fig and nothing.
This is an emergency. I need to choose my players for my footbfootball fantasy for the EPL.

Please help!

ipconfig/flushdns
nbtstat -R
nbtstat -RR
netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
netsh winsock reset


I tried those commands and nothing. And yes I restarted the computer.

Reset WINSOCK entries to installation defaults: netsh winsock reset catalog

Reset IPv4 TCP/IP stack to installation defaults: netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log

Reset IPv6 TCP/IP stack to installation defaults: netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log

Reboot the machine.


I tried that also.
